Visit Tumandok at BÚTLAK: The 40th Negros Trade Fair
Tumandok Crafts Industries will join BÚTLAK: The 40th Negros Trade Fair from September 22 to 27, 2026, at SMX Convention Center Aura in Taguig City. Find Tumandok at booths A17 and A18.
At the fair, Tumandok will present handcrafted houseware and décor featuring carefully treated capiz shell. The material is developed into pieces that bring the character of local craftsmanship into homes and other considered spaces.
Based in Bago City, Negros Occidental, Tumandok Crafts Industries is a Filipino social enterprise founded by Josephine Locsin. The company’s work is rooted in local craftsmanship, indigenous materials, and the skill of its artisans. Its name, Tumandok, is a Hiligaynon word meaning “native inhabitant,” reflecting the company’s connection to the community from which its work has grown.
BÚTLAK marks the 40th Negros Trade Fair, organized by the Association of Negros Producers with SM Supermalls as a partner. The fair brings Negrense enterprises, products, and stories together in one shared marketplace. For Tumandok, it is an opportunity to continue sharing its craft with visitors and to show how local materials can be developed into useful and expressive pieces.
